**Your new company**
A Government Authority committed to the safety and wellbeing of Victorians, requires an immediately available Project Support Officer to assist with a range of rectification projects. You will be involved with capturing, analysing and reporting on project work, ensuring progress is tracked and data collated correctly to support senior management.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting program delivery on a range of building rectification projects across Victoria
- Collating, reporting and managing records and information directly from the projects in delivery
- Preparing supporting documentation for Senior Managers and Project Managers
- Participating in meetings and the timely sharing of information

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful, you will require:

- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering or Construction (or relevant degree)
- Demonstrated experience in a similar project support function
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to start immediately
