**THE OPPORTUNITY | NEW STATE OF THE ART FACILITY**

**Location | Caloundra**

This exciting role will see you will lead and manage cost-effective Food Solutions operations that meets the business strategy, organisational targets, and quality standards; whilst emphasising workplace health and safety, food/hygiene safety, Department of Agriculture and other required legislative compliance.

**YOUR RESPONSILBITIES**
- Design, develop and lead the build of a world class value add (secondary processing) facility
- Design and lead the right people structure/quality systems to enable the operation of a multi-protein Value Add facility
- Ensure Food Solutions operations strategy is a key enabler of the overall company strategy

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL**
- 10+ years’ experience in the field or equivalent
- Proven track record as a senior leader with national accountability or similar in multi-site, fast-paced environment across multiple categories and FMCG experience
- Experience in a high growth organisation
- Skilled change manager and influencer
- High level of experience in developing and executing Operations strategy
- Ability to display excellent judgement, drive, and initiative
