**THE OPPORTUNITY**

This is a new role due to the growth of our business operations. Your main responsibility will be to lead the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Finance Teams and to be a key Finance partner to Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have experience working within complex business environments, where dealing with ambiguity and making decisions based with imperfect information will be second nature to you. You will have exceptional conflict management and negotiation skills, combined with high level communication that allows you to deal and influencing within a business environment, at all levels and with a variety of key stakeholders.

**YOUR RESPONSILBITIES**
- Provide direct Finance support and business partnering to the Supply Chain and Operations
- Strategic business partnering for all elements within the Supply Chain Group
- Finance partner on Supply Chain and Business transformation projects including expansion, sourcing, and savings projects
- Financial performance management of the Supply Chain & Manufacturing operations including partnering to drive budget delivery and working capital improvement
- Partner in the build and implementation of the monthly S&OP process, plus own delivery of Supply Chain & Manufacturing cost elements inside the process
- Lead and manage the Manufacturing site-based finance teams in the delivery of Manufacturing’s:

- Annual Budget process, monthly forecast/S&OP, timely and accurate month end close, product costings and standards maintenance, BOM maintenance, production performance reporting and analysis plus other operational activities._

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL**

**You will have**:

- A high level of analytical skills coupled with strong collaboration approach to drive identified opportunities to life
- An ability to operate across near term performance management and extended term strategic horizons
- Strong communication and partnering skills
- Budgeting & Forecasting experience
- Product costing | Activity based costing
- Bachelor of Commerce or related degree (essential)
- CPA, CA or CIMIA (essential) | MBA (preferred)
- 5+ years in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Finance Manager roles
- Strong people leadership and people management
- S&OP processes
