We have a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity for an International Supply Chain Specialist, reporting into the Head of Logistics to manage the end-to-end supply chain requirements for Country Road Group. This includes international end to end service delivery, cost management, strategy management and operational execution. You will ensure a consistent and efficient flow of stock from origin to the Order Fulfilment Centre (Distribution Centre) and our New Zealand cross dock operation. We are looking for a Logistics and Shipping professional with an analytical mindset, who is solution oriented and has a desire to deliver strategic initiatives.

Based in Burnley, with a hybrid mix of time in the office and from home, this role will suit an individual with freight forwarding and customer service operations experience who enjoys working in a fast paced and complex retail environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Management of product flow/critical path to ensure on-time delivery for Country Road, Trenery, Witchery, Politix and Mimco
- Ensure consistent and efficient flow of stock from international origins to stores in line with agreed SLAs
- Management of all operational shipping deliverables, SOP and KPI elements of the shipping service provider
- Provide clear communication and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead and oversee the Import/Export of all VM and Store Design Orders for CRG
- Identification of continuous improvement for end-to-end supply chain operations
- Mentor the CRG Shipping Coordinators

**Key Capabilities**
- International Supply Chain experience in a retail, freight forwarding and/or similar fast paced and multifaceted environment
- Tertiary qualification in supply chain or related business discipline
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel including running SQL queries
- Proven ability of leveraging data to be able to provide meaningful solutions
- Ability to think laterally from a strategic perspective while being comfortable delivering operationally
- Strength in managing multiple projects and competing priorities
- Confidence to engage, partner and influence a variety of diverse stakeholder groups
