As our Social Media Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving cultural relevance for our clients, moving at the speed of culture to create engagement that translates into tangible business growth.

You will operate at the intersection of creativity and commerce, leveraging the full power of our collective. You’ll collaborate daily with experts in paid media (Adcreators) , technology (Endspace) , and brand experiences (Events Unlimited)to deliver truly integrated, full-funnel marketing solutions that redefine what’s possible.

What You/'ll Do

- Lead the development and execution of cutting-edge social and content strategies that are deeply integrated with our clients’ commercial objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of social media managers, driving a culture of collaboration, innovation,
- Act as the strategic bridge between social-first creativity and data-driven performance, ensuring every execution is built to deliver results.
- Utilise AI-powered insights and shared data systems to make smarter, faster decisions that give our clients a competitive edge.
- Drive authentic community building and craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with audiences and build cultural relevance.
- Champion an outcome-driven marketing approach, focusing on performance, ROI, and measurable growth over vanity metrics.
