The Resource and Planning Advisor will play a key role in enhancing the delivery of trades projects for Barwon Asset Solutions, from planning, allocation, and management of resources. You will work closely with the electrical and mechanical team to ensure timely project execution, effective resource utilization, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate the allocation of trades personnel within the Maintenance Team to develop and maintain resource and schedules. Additionally, you will collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain resource and project schedules. Additionally, you will coordinate the allocation of trades personnel and equipment to ensure smooth execution of maintenance tasks.

This key role supports safety and compliance protocols, ensuring that all work meets the required regulatory standards. You will be challenged in this newly designed role but will see you deliver for vital maintenance, upgrades and installs community focussed projects.

**About you**

You will be capable of working under pressure and manage competing priorities, thriving in a fast-paced environment. With solutions first outlook, you will be a problem solver adept at taking action or resolving time sensitive issues.

A natural communicator, your organisational skills will shine. You are comfortable engaging with a diverse customer base or internally with key stakeholders; you will enjoy bringing influence to the team and broader BAS working group.

With a trade qualification, your experience on the tools will be invaluable as you shift into a more planning focused role. You will understand infrastructure, preferably within the water sector. As part of this role will see you travel to site, you will have a driver’s license and be able to undertake a pre-employment medical.
