Employees working in the initial stage of operations will contribute to the foundations of the new facility by participating in the development of operating processes, services and procedures. In addition, they will be part of a multi-disciplinary team committed to building a culture of continuous improvement in the workplace.

The new correctional centre will strengthen the way we work by harnessing innovative approaches and using the latest in technology to achieve improved outcomes for prisoners and the safety of the whole community.

**The role**

As a strategic advisor, you will provide high level advice and strategic direction that underpins facility business planning and project implementation.

You will be responsible for developing solutions and making recommendations that enhance decision making about operations and services. You will identify and analyse emerging issues and trends and provide detailed reporting to key stakeholders.

**Your skills and experience**

Your experience and understanding of issues within a corrections environment will be highly valued. You will have proven abilities in project management including planning and delivering projects within a complex legislative framework. You will be a strategic thinker who can work collaboratively and solve problems quickly.
