**A snippet about the role**

Due to the nature of the beast of keeping critical systems running, this role is 24/7 and you will be required to be on call on rotation every 3 weeks.

**What kind of human you are**

You thrive on solving problems - prioritising and issue management comes as second nature to you. You embrace change and enjoy completing non-functional testing including test scripts, new enhancements, disaster recovery and configuration changes.

You have a keen eye for detail and maintenance of technical documentation is key for efficient operational support. You’re a logical and analytical thinker, you enjoy software installation & configuration of systems/environments is your jam

**Skills we are on the hunt for**
- CALYPSO And more Calypso
- Linux OS
- Support of critical IT systems
- Data handling (Oracle or SQL) including SQL scripting
- Technical skills on Linux and Windows products, including RHEL and Windows Servers
- Securities industry experience - understanding of exchange-traded futures and options, derivatives markets, and the business processes related to clearing of member trades.
- Risk management systems including price, positions, variation margins, LST
- IT Service Management platforms, like ServiceNOW
