A global financial services group are recruiting a Technical Analyst. The Technical Analyst will provide analysis of business requirements to produce functional specifications for required system changes.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Analyse requirement documents to identify technical solutions in consultation with the Architects
Strong stakeholder engagement
- Investigate, gather and document requirements for enhancements to Systems
- Provide specialist expertise on design criteria for developers
- Complete Business Requirements, Functional Specifications and/or Technical Specifications
- Perform peer review and sign-off of business and technical SDLC deliverables for other team members.
- Assist with any of the SDLC testing phases to provide clarifications and respond to enquiries.
- Assist with escalated Production Support issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Provide Technical Specification effort estimates.
- Ensure solution design meets business requirements and solution is understood by Technical
- Development and Test Teams
- API Design Experience
- Experience with the following is preferred; RAML, JSON, Microservices, Webservices, RESTful API, REST, APIs, Mule, Mulesoft, swagger, SOAP
- XML & SQL

The role is permanent and can be either Sydney or Melbourne based.
