Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced
Technical Business Analyst
with strong expertise in
Web API integration
and the
cards domain
. The role involves gathering business requirements, designing technical solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with various systems. You'll work closely with business analysts, developers, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture business needs and translate them into technical solutions, particularly for
    Web API integration
    and
    card systems
    .
  • Define the technical architecture and ensure alignment with the company's enterprise standards.
  • Design and ensure smooth integration between internal systems and external APIs, particularly in the
    cards/payment domain
    .
  • Work closely with business analysts, developers, and architects to convert business requirements into functional solutions.
  • Participate in interface and technical testing to ensure the solution meets the required standards.
  • Identify potential technical risks and work with the team to address them.
  • Documentation
    : Create and maintain
    Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
    and functional designs.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years
    as a
    Technical Business Analyst
    with experience in
    Web API integration
    and the
    cards domain
    (e.g., card management systems).
  • Strong knowledge of
    API design
    , integration, and security protocols (REST, SOAP, OAuth).
  • Familiarity with
    payment systems
    and
    card technologies
    (e.g., EMV, PCI-DSS).
  • Experience in solution design and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with
    Agile
    methodologies.
  • Understanding of
    EMV
    ,
    PCI DSS
    , and
    PS2
    regulations.
