**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Support the visibility and transparency of AZURE cloud costs.
- Use troubleshooting experience to create and update the team’s knowledge-based articles, troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and other related support collateral.
- Use advanced problem-solving to resolve complex challenges in real time across a number of technical domains.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIRMENTS**:

- 4+ years of working in cloud/platform engineering teams.
- 3 to 5 years of experience working as a technical analyst.
- Understanding and knowledge of the FinOps framework.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Hands on experience with Configuration as Code.
- Expertise in cloud native development.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Functional knowledge of Azure API Management.
- Experience with Cloud platform technologies in Azure.
- Docker and/or other containerisation technologies (Kubernetes or EKS is highly regarded).
- Proficient with one or more log analytics tools, event management tools e.g. Splunk, Prometheus, and SCOM.
- Exposure to APM tools e.g. AppDynamics.
- Exposure to Cloudability - Cloud reporting tool.
- Experience with multiple scripting and programming languages e.g. PowerShell/Bash/Python.
- Been successful at change in large corporate environments (e.g. move to cloud, virtualization and automation.
