**About the Role**

This exciting new opportunity has become available to join the Growth & Development team within the Industrial and Energy business unit as a Finance Analyst. This role will be reporting directly to the Lead Bid Manager and will be based out of our Brisbane office. Role duties will include but not limited to:

- Review contract obligations in relation to KPI’s and other specific metrics
- KPI Modelling & development
- Recommend improvements and streamline processes
- Pipeline data analysis
- Review & reporting on market trends and identification of new entry points
- Manage, collate and record data accurately within the databases
- CRM data analysis and reporting
- Preparation and reporting inputs into Monthly Growth and Development reviews
- Additional adhoc duties as required

- CRM & Power BI experience
- Advanced Excel experience and a high level of comfort working with large amounts of data & information
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels, both internally and externally
- Ability and willingness to adapt, quickly learn and use new skills and knowledge brought about by rapidly changing structure, process, information and/or technology
