Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Campground Reception Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.A passionate hospitality leader who will maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction in the provision of Reception supervisor whilst contributing to effective hotel operations whilst mentoring and guiding the campground reception team.Key Duties

  • Serve as an ambassador of the resort, ensuring all guests feel welcomed upon arrival and are bid
  • farewell with kindness at departure, enhancing guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Efficiently and accurately process all check-ins and check-outs.
  • Deliver a high standard of quality service by promptly and effectively responding to all guest inquiries, bookings, and complaints with exceptional customer service.
  • Set an example of professional behaviors, including presentation and conduct, for all team member to follow
