The Role
Exciting career opportunity for an experienced Implementation Consultant who is responsible for Orikan solution implementation, product support and customer service.

**The Essentials**:
The key purpose of this role is to ensure the successful management and implementation of Orikan solutions, as well as providing pre and post sales product support and user training.
- Preparation and delivery of project specific documentation
- Deliver solution-related training to users, online and in-person
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist sales team with technical discussions during pre-sales activities
- Previous experience with implementing software on customer sites (eg Point of sale software) is desirable but not essential.
