**The Role**

Reporting to the Construction Manager you will be responsible for managing construction activities and delivery of fixed network projects with your designated patch. Responsibilities will include;
- Field resource management of Supervisors and Service Partners
- Driving a strong safely culture
- Ensuring highest quality standards of work
- Ensuring work is completed within budget and on schedule
- Providing guidance and technical support

**About You**
- Experience in a similar role within Telecommunications or Civil construction projects.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or similar
- Tertiary qualification in HSE/OH&S preferable
- Proven leadership experience with ability to promote positive behaviours
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
