In this pivotal leadership role, you'll be responsible for supporting and guiding individual Practice Managers, driving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and fostering a high-performing team culture across all sites.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Manager to oversee the daily operations, strategic development, and team performance of two medical centres across Sydney's North Shore.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. You'll work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences and optimise performance across each centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations of multiple medical centres
  • Mentor, lead, and support Practice Managers and their teams
  • Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve practice performance
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives across sites

About You

You're a natural leader with strong communication and organisational skills. You know what it takes to run a successful medical centre.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience as a Practice Manager or Area Manager in the healthcare or medical sector is essential.
  • A sound understanding of Medicare billing, accreditation standards, and clinical governance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
