Independent Recruitment Consultant - Service Contract Opportunity

We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-oriented Independent Recruitment Consultant to enter into a service agreement with our firm. This opportunity is ideal for professional who have cultivated and maintained strong, long-term client relationships and are prepared to leverage their established network to generate new business.

Key Responsibilities

As an independent contractor, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Client Engagement and Development: Utilize your existing network to secure new business and forge strategic partnerships with companies that require specialized recruitment services.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Provide end-to-end recruitment solutions for your clients, managing the entire process from initial consultation and needs assessment to successful placement and follow-up.
- Account Management: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for your clients, ensuring a high level of service delivery and fostering enduring business relationships.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed pre-defined, performance-based KPIs focused on client acquisition and revenue generation.

Pay: From $179,728.66 per year
