**The Role**

Due to business growth in our Melbourne office, we are looking to expand our Professional Services Temp Team. You will manage and grow our large National and Major accounts specialising in temporary professional services roles. Some of these roles would include; Administrators, Customer Service/ Call Centre, Recruiters, HR Officers, Finance roles.

This is a **warm desk** that requires someone with great relationship building skills to retain and expand those relationships. This desk is very fast paced and requires someone that is motivated and uses their initiative on a daily basis. No two days will be the same and your priorities will be consistently changing. We will provide full training and support for the successful applicant.

Reporting to Professional Services Principal Consultant, you will join an office of energetic consultants who like to have fun. Your career progression will be clearly mapped out for you. There is currently 6 Consultants in the Professional Services Temp Team with a total of 12 Consultants in the PERSOLKELLY Melbourne Branch.

PERSOLKELLY consultants enjoy an individual quarterly Bonus Plan in addition to national quarterly awards with some fantastic incentives.

**Duties will include**:

- Taking responsibility for numerous existing client accounts and building/ retaining those relationships
- Building relationships with new, prospect clients within current accounts
- Meeting with your clients to plan recruitment requirements and take any job specifications
- Negotiating job offers
- Working collaboratively with the entire team, with active contribution to team marketing and training
- Checking in with clients regarding new and ongoing employees
- Adhere to PERSOLKELLY's systems, policy, procedures and legislative requirements
- Meeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targets

**Ideal applicants will possess**:

- Minimum of 12 months experience within a customer facing role
- Experience working in a high-pressured environment, meeting deadlines,
- Fantastic attention to detail and ability to be versatile with conflicting priorities throughout the day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A professional and ethical manner
- Comfortable with computer programs, including CRM's, Outlook and Microsoft Suite
- A desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
