**Your new role**

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant working within Logistics, Manufacturing or Trades Divisions, you will be an integral part of our high-performing Melbourne team. This role will require you to proactive and reactive for business needs:

- Be proactive in understanding client requirements, building a pool of talent which will allow a seamless transition
- Ability to build rapport with existing clients, understand their requirements and develop a relationship to become a primary point of contact

**What we’re looking for**

We’re looking for a go-getter, someone who wants to advance their career or dive two feet into a new role (or potentially career) To be a successful Recruitment Consultant in this role you must have some of the following traits or prior experience:

- Prior experience in agency recruitment (blue collar) - desired
- Prior experience with internal recruitment - desired
- Strong administration skills and excellent phone manner
- Passion for relationship building and ability to develop rapport
- Experience working in a sales environment
- Willingness to stretch yourself, get out of your comfort zone and accelerate your career
