Due to an internal move, an exciting opportunity has become available for a talented Finance Business Partner

**Role & Responsibility**

Working closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner, your key responsibilities will include:

- Ownership of month-end process and reporting against budget and forecast, identifying drivers of variance
- Deliver insightful analysis and commercial recommendations
- Drive regular business performance reviews, identify and resolve poor performance issues
- Work closely with key stakeholders to identify key issues / solutions on the operations of the business
- Work with stakeholders to ensure reporting and commentary is effective and insightful for decision making
- Responsible for preparation and submission of the annual budget and forecast process
- Working with key stakeholders to ascertain cost control measures and optimise future trading opportunities
- Managing against budget/targets and communicating opportunities to stakeholders
- Commercial support for relevant business case and capital requests
- Support business improvement initiatives identified by the leadership team

**Profile**

To be successful in this role, the following experience is desirable:

- CIMA, CA, CPA qualified
- At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
- Strong presentation and storyboarding skills
- Advanced time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to navigate through a complex organisational structure and work effectively cross functionally
- People coaching / mentoring and development skills
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to communicate complex financial information simplistically
- Ability to prioritise team efforts to support business requirement
