**About The Role**

Full-time permanent role, hybrid working environment (home and our office in Surry Hills on the fringe of the CBD) working 9 AM to 5 PM. Our office is a 5-minute walk from Central Station.
- General administration
- Scanning and electronic storage of client files
- Maintenance of client database
- Phone calls inbound / outbound including customer care calls
- Message taking and file notes
- Negotiating interest rates with banks
- Preparing client reports
- Office administration
- Occasional collection of client documents from bank branches and/or clients
- Arranging appointments and attending appointments on occasion
- Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials
- Helping in the execution of marketing campaigns, seminars, and other events
- Helping with OneSite’s social media and web presence

**About You**
- You’ll be highly motivated and have a warm, friendly personality
- You’ll have a positive attitude, be reliable, and be keen to learn new skills
- You’ll have excellent organisation skills and great attention to detail
- You’ll have an excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills
- You’ll have a strong customer service focused attitude
- You’ll have excellent verbal and written English with the ability to construct clear, concise, and persuasive client correspondence when necessary
- You are good with numbers

The following are desirable but not essential:

- Previous experience in the mortgage, finance, or insurance industry
- Previous customer service experience in a client-facing role

Please be aware that you will be required to undergo a national police clearance and credit check prior to the start of your formal employment.

**Career Progression**

Once you have demonstrated mastery of the back-office operations, we are more than happy to help you obtain your own mortgage broking license and support you to have a fantastic career in the finance & mortgage industry.
