We are looking for an experienced Office assistant / receptionist to join our team for 3 days a week in a casual / part time position.

We are a busy vehicle crash repair shop located in South Brighton SA with a mature and professional office environment.

In this position, you will assist with general office administrative duties, including;
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and insurance companies
- Answering phones
- Data entry
- Quote typing and processing
- Vehicle repair booking

For this position, we require the following;
- Administrative or clerical experience
- General computer proficiency
- Organisational and time management skills
- MYOB / PPG knowledge is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure
