This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to support Homes Victoria's ambitious agenda to deliver more social and affordable housing for more Victorians. This position will be part of a team working to ensure that Victorians living with a mental illness have a place to call home. The role will contribute to and provide support to the work of the Mental Health team through working on policy advice, projects, coordinating meetings, minute taking and other tasks as required with a focus on delivering on Homes Victoria's mental health supported housing reforms. The position will regularly liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders, and you will operate with professionalism and initiative as part of a collaborative and effective team to deliver systems-change.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Assist in providing advice to stakeholders and assisting in the coordination, preparation and presentation of reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet and agency submissions on a range of matters.
- Maintain information and records using departmental administrative and business support systems following procedures for electronic filing, tracking, and actioning of correspondence and other business functions.
- Contribute to the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives including:

- Assisting in research, analysis and implementation of projects based on defined outcomes and outputs.
- Supporting the development and delivery of projects or sub-projects and their successful delivery and completion within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters.
- Contributing to the monitoring and evaluation of projects to ensure departmental objectives are met.
