**The role**:
As a Clinical Information Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently scan and prepare medical records for integration into our state-of-the-art Digital Medical Record (DMR) system. Working alongside the team, you'll thrive in our administrative unit known for its close-knit, dynamic atmosphere. We prioritise regular check-ins and maintain an open communication style that promotes collaboration and approachability among team members. Our department operates round-the-clock, supported by dedicated shift workers for after-hours coverage, ensuring seamless continuity in our operations.
You'll demonstrate proficiency in computer literacy, a quick learning aptitude, and the ability to adapt to various systems and procedural changes. Your role will involve handling different aspects of medical record scanning, including admissions, outpatient clinics, and emergency department notes, requiring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to departmental protocols.
