We launched our **Work Safe, Go Home Safe **strategy earlier this year. We’ll be honest - it’s an ambitious, but achievable, plan and we want you to be on the implementation journey with us. You will be pivotal in bringing about cultural change where continuous improvement of all aspects of workplace health and safety becomes, “_just the way we do things around here_”. Most importantly, you’ll be part of the dedicated WHS team making sure our employees are equipped to work safely, and go home each night uninjured and unhurt.

A formal qualification in workplace health and safety and an unrestricted ‘C’ class driver’s licence are essential.
- Knowledge of Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation, regulations, practices, procedures and standards.
- Knowledge of workers’ compensation legislation, procedures and claims processing.
- Experience in WHS management including workers’ compensation within a multidisciplinary organisation.
- Experience in the development and implementation of WHS policies, strategies and procedures.

We are offering a gross salary of **$88,048 - $94,523 per annum, **dependent on skills and experience. But this job is so much more than the money.
- You’ll also receive 11% superannuation, and be able to co-contribute up to 5% - that’s 21% in total
