As part of our dedicated WHS team, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening our safety culture and promoting positive behaviours across all levels of the organisation. What You'll Do

• Lead and contribute to the development of our new integrated WHS platform.
• Provide expert advice on WHS legislation, compliance, and best practices.
• Support a diverse workforce with practical, timely safety solutions.
• Champion safety culture initiatives and drive behavioural change.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure WHS messages are clearly communicated and understood.

What You'll Bring

• Tertiary qualification in WHS or equivalent
• Well-developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills including report writing skills
• Developed knowledge of WHS legislation, regulations, practices, procedures and standards
• Knowledge of contemporary injury management and risk management practices and principles
• Experience in WHS management within a multidisciplinary organisation
• Experience in the development and implementation of safety policies, strategies and procedures
• Current unrestricted 'C' class driver's licence

We are offering a gross salary of $91,088 to $97,835 per annum depending on skills and experience.  But this job is so much more than the money.

• You'll also receive 12% superannuation, and be able to co-contribute up to 5% - that's a possible 22% in total
