**In this role you’ll make an impact by**:

- **O**rder Management**:Ensuring all customer orders are accurately processed and delivered on time. From processing orders to managing delivery documentation, you'll keep everything running smoothly.
- **Sales Support**:You’ll play a key role in creating and distributing important documentation to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring everything is in order and up to standard.

**To succeed you must hold**:

- **Exceptional Organisational Skills**:You can juggle multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- **Technical Proficiency**:You’re comfortable with MS Office (especially Word and Excel), and experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP) would be a huge plus.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**:You’re quick on your feet and know how to resolve customer issues efficiently while keeping the process smooth for everyone involved.

**_Remark: _**_This full-time, 12-month contract role with view to permanency offers a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to make a difference and potentially continue with us in 2026 and beyond. _**
