Dowell Windows has an excellent opportunity for a vibrant, motivated and enthusiastic individual to take on a Customer Service Officer position at our Bayswater location. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager VIC, you will be part of a supportive team that is focused on giving our customers a high-quality experience and great satisfaction.
- Responding to all customer inquiries and producing quality solutions that satisfy all parties
- Processing of customer orders and liaising with all internal and external stakeholders
- Managing the customer service experience by acting promptly and courteously at all times
- Working with the customer service team and sales team to identify and implement continuous improvement
- Maintaining an accurate record-keeping system and ensuring files are up to date
- Have strong communication and customer service skills
- Have a strong, positive and can-do attitude
- Be direct, truthful and easy to deal with
- Be proactive in your approach and seek out information when required
- Be a team player who is a problem solver
- Be a self-starter who can work autonomously
- Be determined to grow and learn
