We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Field Services Support team.
As the Coordinator, you will be responsible for all aspects of the customer experience and interface, from initial customer contact, through to scheduling timely field repair or maintenance, and management of commercial administration, including invoicing. You will remain diligent of customer questions, providing a high level of service, and maintain accurate file management to log, follow up, close and archive requests.
Working closely with the Field Service and Repair team to manage timely scheduling and following through to ensure completion and customer satisfaction with the resolution of their enquiry, the Coordinator is a key member of the team.
