As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring they receive top-tier service and leave feeling confident that their car is in the best hands possible.

- Assist customers upon arrival for assessments with a professional and caring approach.
- Manage customer interactions with precision and empathy, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Facilitate the return of vehicles post-repair, addressing any questions or concerns along the way.
**What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone with**:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences in every interaction.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- An ability to build rapport with customers in person and over the phone.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
- A valid driver’s license and your own vehicle.
