**Your new role**
- Preparing draft reports, briefing papers and discussion papers for review by Executive level employees
- Liaising with policy and operational areas within the department and external stakeholders
- Contribute to section administration, reporting and other corporate responsibilities
- Delegations through the provision of advice on strategic, policy and procedural issues
- Work will include, under limited direction, drafting briefing, organising, and chairing stakeholder meetings, undertaking projects including research and review standards as required

- Excellent communication and liaison skills (both written and oral)
- Ability to work flexibly on multiple issues and under pressure
- Excellent judgement
