**About Us**: Established in 2018, Authentic Connections Marketing is a dynamic agency dedicated to promoting face-to-face acquisition for charities. Our philosophy centers on building genuine relationships with customers, enabling us to generate significant funds for non-profit organizations. We are passionate about making a difference and are looking for a like-minded Marketing Specialist to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to support face-to-face acquisition efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for donor engagement.
- Create engaging content and promotional materials for use in face-to-face interactions.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for improved outcomes.
- Maintain strong relationships with non-profit clients and donors.
- Train and support acquisition teams with the latest marketing techniques and communication strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the non-profit sector.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
