This is an opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator looking to step up and further develop their skills in a Marketing team with long tenure and amazing mentors.

Reporting to the genuine and passionate Marketing Manager, you will get to own the end-to-end Project Marketing campaigns for Residential, Mixed-use and BTR established projects and new development while working on corporate marketing initiatives as well. **Your daily duties will include**:

- Work in a direct team with a Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, Communications Specialist and Graphic Designer
- Manage Project Marketing Campaigns for the brand and new/existing developments
- Leverage external agency partner relationships - managing creative briefs
- Scheduling and maintaining Social Media channels
- Managing EDMs and reviewing reporting and analytics on performance
- Research and maintain a database of information that will aid marketing strategies for projects
- Assist with managing the communications and PR strategies for the projects
- Assist with budget management for project campaigns
- Ad hoc administrative duties

**To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes**:

- Seeking 2-3 + years’ experience ideally in a similar Marketing role
- Qualifications in Marketing, Communications or similar desired
- Construction, Property Development, Marketing Agency with Property clients or similar experience highly desired
- Team Player with strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Self-motivated with positive attitude and attention to detail
- Great time management skills and a “finisher”
