About the role

JackWild Cafe in Coogee Diggers is looking for an experienced Cafe Supervisor & Baristas to join our dynamic team in this beachside cafe. This is a casual or fulltime role, offering flexible work hours over five days and the opportunity to be part of an amazing team

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth service and efficient workflows
  • Preparing and serving exceptional coffee, takeaway brakfast to customers
  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience
  • Supervising and training barista and café staff to maintain consistent standards
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organised café environment
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Cafe Supervisor & Barista, preferably in a similar hospitality setting
  • Excellent coffee-making skills and knowledge of various coffee brewing methods
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work well in a team
  • Proficient in cash handling and point-of-sale operations
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing a great customer experience
