Humm Roasters is on the lookout for a Cafe Supervisor to assist leading our new team in North Sydney. We are searching for a motivated and talented individual on a full-time basis. You will be supported with full training.

Responsibilities and experience:

- 1+ years relevant experience in the industry
- Previous work in fast paced, high end cafe or restaurant
- Clear communication and leadership skills, positive attitude and a team player
- Customer focused mindset
- Strong organisation and the ability to assist in training and developing all staff
- A good work ethic and team player, reliable, punctual and presentable
- Barista skills (desired but not essential)
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
- An understanding of HACCP and hygiene practices
- Available to work weekends (no nights)

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Sydney, NSW 2060: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Supervising (required)
