Sydney, Australia Resource Corner IT Consulting service Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and software usage patterns.
- Implement license management process tailored to Client’sTechnology Services.
- Establish policies, procedures, and workflows for tracking, monitoring, and reporting on software licenses.
- Conduct assessments of existing software licenses to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for consolidation.
- Define license entitlements, allocations, and consumption metrics based on business needs and vendor agreements.
- Work closely with procurement and vendor management teams to extract licensing terms and entitlements from contracts.
- Develop solutions using tools such as ServiceNow or others to streamline license management processes.
- Document & roll out process to IT teams and end-users regarding license compliance, usage optimization, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proven experience in software asset management, with a focus on license management and optimization.
- Strong understanding of software licensing models, terms, and conditions.
- Experience designing and implementing license management processes within large organizations.
- Proficiency in using SAM tools and platforms, such as ServiceNow, Flexera, or Snow Software.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) or Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Subcontract

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
