In this role you’ll support the development, strategy, services and capabilities that help drive business growth through customer engagement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Digital Technology and Innovation Site Lead to develop and implement strategy, services, and capabilities that help drive business growth through customer engagement and operational excellence- Support and enable customer experience orientated activities by translating requirements for front-end outcomes into back-end capabilities through prototyping and UX- Act as Technical Expert for Amgen’s Core Digital Platforms. Hands-on delivery of end-to-end technology-enabled products, initiatives and/or services-
- Investigating and analysing the current technology and operational capabilities of the business and the contemporary technology options available-
- Bringing contemporary technology insights to help develop digital product roadmaps or technology migration plans- Collaborate with Stakeholders to build and implement digital messaging and tools that resonate with target Health Care Professionals

- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications and/or significant Information Systems experience- Hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) & CRM (Veeva or equivalent)- Hands on experience with Web technologies (Sitecore, HTML, CSS)- Highly skilled in business analyst activities including requirement elicitation, user story writing- Experience in working with a variety of digital and cloud-based technologies, microservices / APIs and familiarity with agile development, DevOps and digital product management- Experience in structuring workshops to land at decisions, and where you have created artefacts that help focus a group on addressing a problem. Experience with online facilitation tools (e.g., Miro, Mural) would be beneficial.- Familiarity / experience with the following technologies and solutions: Cloud, Mobility, social media, Analytics, CRM, digitization, digital health, reporting and presentation tools, and multi-modal information / data dissemination and presentation, etc.- Work rights and residency in Australia required
