**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partnering with the Business Systems Trainer in the development, training and effective use of Business Systems
- Provide ongoing and ad-hoc analysis and feedback on status of Veeva DevOps support services to ensure adherence to system availability and functionality
- Assist Digital Technology and Innovation Leads with the provision of system and business requirement documentation as required

- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications and/or significant Information Systems experience
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated industry (i.e.: Financial Services)
- Demonstrated experience in **SharePoint** solution development (both Modern and Classic) including SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Power Automate, PowerApps, InfoPath, OOTB forms and SharePoint Designer
- Experience with the following technologies and solutions**:Veeva** Commercial Cloud, Salesforce, DocuSign, Web technologies (Sitecore, HTML, CSS) - Veeva and/or Salesforce certifications (highly desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a matrix organization
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) favorable
- ** UiPath** Application Development and Support project experience - Certification in UiPath is a bonus
- Work rights and residency in Australia required
