**Who we are**:
Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect) has grown to become Australia's largest national educational program for children on the autism spectrum, with 9 independent schools operating from 67 locations in NSW and South Australia catering to approximately 1,200 students.

**About the role**:
As part of a team of Business Solution professionals, this position carries out support and configuration of Aspect’s highly customised implementation of Salesforce. This is a critical role, primarily focusing on:

- Providing 1st / 2nd Level Business As Usual (BAU) support of Aspect’s Salesforce implementation
- Identifying, diagnosing and resolving technical problems
- Training staff on new technologies and system processes

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor, manage and maintain the Salesforce Helpdesk
- Create and maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation
- Support front end users with expertise and resolve issues via the Aspect Helpdesk
- Identify, diagnose and resolve technical problems
- Develop reports, dashboards, workflows and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
- Keep up to date with the Salesforce Release cycle

**Skills, experience and qualifications**:

- Computer Science or IT degree
- Salesforce Service Cloud, ADM201 and App Builder certified
- A minimum of three years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator with configuration experience in sales and service clouds
- Strong understanding of Salesforce out of box capabilities
- Experience using Field Service Lightning
- Experience building Salesforce Flows
- Experience with DocuSign Gen, SMS Magic and Customer Gauge
- Experience using data loader and data import wizard and advanced excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation
- Entrepreneurial & Business acumen
- Must be team focused, excellent communicator and collaborative
- Demonstrate a service-orientated approach and a positive attitude
