**The Opportunity**
We are looking for a new Services Coordinator to join our team. Your day will include a variety of tasks including:
- Co-ordinating training courses and other events
- Maintaining office efficiency and staff productivity
- Updating client and sales information on our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Using our internet platform to craft unique assessment reports for clients
- Providing support to consultants, marketing initiatives and bureau services.
You will be maintaining positive relationships with our clients and trouble-shooting issues for them. This interesting and multi-faceted role will see you working across all areas of the business.

**Who are we looking for?**
You will be a quick learner and confident communicator. And you will also enjoy producing accurate, high-quality work.
You will be competent using the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in Salesforce would be advantageous but is not essential. You may also have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
To be eligible for this role you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent residency in Australia.
