
New Partnerships Representative

Workforce Analytics has designed world-leading technologies and methodologies to help businesses unlock a superior level of organisational performance. By using sophisticated maths, data science, optimisation, AI and machine learning, their **Roster Right** solution generates huge savings in payroll costs and their **Pay Review Platform** offers unparalleled insights into payroll and award compliance. Both products are being rapidly adopted by retailers, hospitality businesses, NDIS providers and many others.
Workforce Analytics are now looking to accelerate this growth by appointing a **New Partnerships Representative**, for a fixed 3-month term, to uncover new growth sectors and opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships this role is pivotal and requires someone ready to take things head-on and who has the drive and ability to convert conversations into successful projects for the company.
This will be a hybrid arrangement (split between a Hawthorn office and remote) for a three-month period with the potential of extension, starting ASAP. There is also the possibility to work between 3 and 5 day per week. The core focus is on outcomes rather than hours worked
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and map organisations and senior contacts in key target sectors
- Uncover opportunities within relevant industries, and build on existing and new client relationships
- Maintain accuracy of CRM, in terms of activity and target lists
- Attend and contribute to presentations and discovery sessions with customers
- Manage requests for quotes/presentations
- Research and report on factors influencing market opportunities and trends
**Ideal skills and experience you’ll offer**:
- Minimum 6 months experience in B2B sales role
- Fast learner, quick thinker, and highly driven individual with an execution focus
- Confident communicator, written and verbal
- Experience of lead generation
- Impact and influence in cold calling and presenting style
- Excellent leading questioning skills and business enquiry knowledge
- Ability to follow sales processes and always think two steps ahead
