**This is a full-time permanent role with an attractive remuneration package; base, bonuses, phone allowance, fuel, and access to a Toyota vehicle.**

**How you will make an impact**:

- Working to the client/prospective client visitation schedule in order to provide optimal levels of service and achieve set targets
- Ensuring responses to client enquiries are prompt
- Working to resolve client complaints within 1 working day
- Documenting order details and placing orders in the appropriate system in a timely and accurate manner
- Striving to continuously improve product and brand knowledge
- Assisting in the parts sales phone room during times of absence or busy period

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**What we're looking for**:

- Previous experience in the automotive industry
- Current Australian driver's license
- Proven track record in B2B relationship management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously within documented policies and procedures
