Over the years Human Psychology has grown to be one of Adelaide’s largest psychological services providers and we are now seeking a customer focused Receptionist/Administrator to join established team.
As the Receptionist/Administrator, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our clients. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
**What you’ll bring**
- A professional, welcoming and friendly personality,
- Strong customer service and communication skills,
- Ideally reception/administration experience within a medical/allied health environment,
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, WORD and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
