**About the Role**:
As the face of Advanced Cosmetic Medicine, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our reception area, providing a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for every person who walks through our doors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Processing payments, managing client files, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and punctually.
- **Client Communication**: Building rapport with clients, addressing their needs and questions with empathy and discretion, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
- **Team Collaboration**: Working closely with our practitioners and management, accepting direction, and contributing to a supportive and cohesive team environment.
