About the Role
The key aspects of this role includes the effective execution of the processes and controls to deliver accurate and timely identification and recording of changes of the regulatory obligations which the bank must comply with. Guided by the Senior Manager the activities include:
Timely management of regulatory alerts delivered via the automated Regulatory Alerts tool.
Coordination across all parts of the organisation to ensure there is clarity of ownership and accountabilities of regulatory change
Reporting and escalation of regulatory change and regulatory change issues.
Guidance to Business and Risk to assess the impact of regulatory change, including changes to associated risk and compliance artefacts.

What will your day look like?
As a Manager - Regulatory Alerts & Change, you are accountable for:
Performance of processes and enterprise controls relating to the timely identification, recording and communication of regulatory alerts.
Reporting and escalation of regulatory change and regulatory change issues
**Supporting continuous improvement of**:
classification and accuracy of regulatory alerts,
processes supporting the recording of regulatory change
Guidance to assist the Business and Risk on the impact assessment of regulatory change, including changes to associated risk and compliance artefacts.
Build collaborative relationships and the effective coordination across all parts of the organisation to ensure there is clarity of ownership and delivery of regulatory change
Contribute to the maintenance of risk culture

What will you bring?
5+ years experience preferably in compliance and risk
Attention to detail to support the development and maintenance of process relating to data collation, analysis and reporting.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Sound communication skills
