**Customer Service Manager**

**Full Time 6 Month Maternity Leave Cover**

**Salary $80,000 - $85,000 + Super**

**Job Summary**

Excellent opportunity for an experienced, hands on, creative thinker to join our team as Customer Service Manager. Based in our new offices in the World Trade Centre, Docklands.

**The Role**

The Extend Group is a multi-brand, national Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) provider, that provides exceptional services and care for children nationally.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager.

In addition, the position has responsibility for the facilities management of the office. Reporting to the CEO, the position will involve important interactions with key personnel within the business and act as a key internal communications hub for the Group.

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Manage a small Customer Service team including rostering, appraisals, recruitment and training.
- Prepare reports using Excel.
- Operate a business database.
- Coordinate customer interactions which include session bookings and account queries.
- Facilities management of the office.

**Essential Criteria**
- 2+ years’ experience in a customer service leadership role is desired.
- Professional and accurate communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high performing Customer Service Team an advantage.
- A strong background in administration and office management.
- Ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, presentation skills and the capacity to prepare various written reports and plans.
- Good knowledge of Excel & Google Drive use
