**The Role**:
The **Head of Facilities Managemen**t is accountable for all of Endeavour's retail & venue facility services and repairs & maintenance ensuring business continuity, maximising the customer experience and team experience in line with legislative and budgetary guidelines.

The role will lead the transition program out of the current Woolworths Retail Facilities Management Partnership to a new vendor selected through an Request for Proposal process. This transition will include establishing an internal Facilities Management Team with the required capability ensuring a seamless transition of services and repairs & maintenance from the Woolworths Retail Facilities Management Partnership and embedding new ways of working and processes to deliver efficient and effective services that optimise the cost base.

***What you’ll be doing**:
Work with the incumbent vendor and internal stakeholders to mitigate business continuity risks during transition of the services and repairs & maintenance of the impacted retail sites and;
- Act as the business lead for the sourcing of the new integrated Facilities Management providers.
- Design, recruit, onboard and embed a new end state Facilities operating model in line with the allocated budget.
- Act as the key business lead for the transition out / in program incorporating both vendor, business process and technology.
- Support with the transition of store cleaning for BWS attached stores from an outsourced to an insourced model.
- Design and develop a KPI dashboard to support the new Facilities operating model.
- Lead hyper care program post transition in.
- Manage and future operating models (estimated FTEs 6-7).
- Day to day management to ensure business continuity, process management, customer and operation excellence all within the allocated budget
- Drive and embed a facilities cost management focus
- Ensure all vendors comply with industry legislative requirements, contractual terms and conditions.
- Coordination of a monthly Facilities business review to drive P&L governance and cost optimisation and savings identification.
- Work with the Group Finance team to address asset risk and future capital expenditure requirements
- Establishing, maintaining and managing the asset lifecycle plan for all plant and equipment
- Participate in business wide cross functional transformation projects
- Review, assess and develop a strategy to transition all other Endeavour business units Facilities requirements into the centralised Facilities operating model.

**About you**:
Being a part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will have strong verbal and written communication skills, be confident speaking to the ELT as well as having;
- Extensive Facilities Management experience with a background in FMCG / retail environments
- Proven track record of leading large scale Facilities Management partner transitions
- Experience in delivering complex preventative and corrective maintenance across a range of assets
- Strong influencing and engagement skills across multiple stakeholder groups
- Proficient in multiple systems SaaS and ERPs
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven experience in renegotiating complex vendor contracts to deliver win win outcomes
- Experience in vendor management and running an outsourced R&M/Facilities model Strong change management experience
