And 3/4 years of proved experience in a cafe environment in Sydney

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and train a team of baristas, ensuring high standards of coffee preparation and customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and quality control.
- Develop and maintain a positive, energetic work environment.
- Collaborate with management to create new and exciting menu items.
- Engage with customers, building relationships and ensuring an exceptional cafe experience.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a barista, with advanced knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy setting.
- Passion for coffee and a dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $68,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
