Head of Demand Generation

Manage a cross functional squad to drive new customer activation, and share of wallet growth
- Create and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies Surry Hills (Sydney) based within a flexible working environment

This is a newly created senior role within **Woolworths at Work **- one of the fastest-growing and strategically vital areas of **WooliesX **. Woolworths at Work is a new business that has recently launched to service businesses across Australia with the supplies they need to keep their businesses thriving. Our purpose is to bring a little good to businesses every day and we do that by delivering the fresh food and every day essentials to businesses when they need them supported by a suite of business tools to help them make their business run more efficiently.

**What you’ll do**
As the **Head of Demand Generation - B2B **, you will plan, build and run inbound multi channel marketing programs to drive and accelerate SMB to enterprise demand generation, acquisition unlocking the in and future market and driving customer SOW growth. Additionally, you will:

- Own delivery of top of the funnel activity, for both SMB and Enterprise business
- Partner closely with the enterprise sales team to drive marketing qualified leads, ultimately delivering enterprise sales wins
- Align with customer success teams to ensure our key enterprise customers are maximising all parts of our proposition Use digital tools to drive activation and category expansion of our customer base

**What you’ll bring**
You'll bring an inspirational marketing vision with demonstrated experience in steering high performing teams to deliver commercial impact. Your strong commercial acumen and passion for data informed decision making will see you succeed in obtaining customer value and business outcomes. You will also have:

- Led high performing teams that are known for being well-reasoned, commercial, creative and collaborative
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies and an ability to roll-out highly-targeted and broad programmes that engage and advance interest across the prospect and customer lifecycle Understand lead management, lead scoring and enterprise B2B sales revenue lifecycle including MQLs and SQLs and have knowledge of marketing automation platforms
