
Receptionist / Office Administration

We are looking for a bright, well-spoken and an enthusiastic professional Receptionist.
This is a full-time role in our Head office in Cheltenham. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to:
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Address client enquiries
- Corporate Compliance/ASIC requirements
- Assist with the day to day running of the business
- General administrative duties including mail collection and distribution, filing, data entry and client liaison
- Administration support to partners
- Other adhoc duties as directed

- Flexible in your work approach and able to maintain a proactive attitude is a must
- An exceptional eye and a love for ironing out detail
- Excellent verbal, written communication and multi-tasking skills
- An enthusiastic 'Customers Come First' attitude
- Experience using Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
- XERO knowledge would be an advantage
- Australian Permanent Residency
- Drivers Licence

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- Cheltenham, VIC 3192: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
